If you are not satisfied with your online purchase, please follow our guidelines for returns.
- All returns and exchanges must be postmarked within 30 days of delivery of item. Returns sent after this time will not be honored.
- Merchandise must be in its original condition, unworn, and with all tags attached. Items appearing worn, with makeup, deodorant or animal hair on them, cigarette smoke, unusual smells or fragrances will not be accepted.
- Return postage is paid by the returner.
- Shipping charges are non-fundable
- Undergarments, Strap-Its and shoes not returnable and are final sale.
- All sale merchandise 40% off or more is final sale.
- We are not responsible for damages that occur during care of an item, such as dry cleaning, washing or wear.
