Website Orders

1. When are online orders processed? Online orders are processed Monday through Friday within 1-3 business days of order placement, unless otherwise specified in the product description.

2. Are there any exceptions to the processing and delivery times? Yes, Cabana Life and Tribal items may require additional processing and delivery time.

3. What happens to orders placed over the weekend? Orders placed between 1pm EST Friday thru midnight EST Sunday will be processed the following Monday.

4. What if my order is placed on hold? If your order is placed on hold, we will contact you within one business day to expedite the order. If we do not receive a response after five business days, we reserve the right to cancel your order.

US Shipping Rates

1. What shipping methods are available for US orders? Orders are shipped via USPS and typically arrive within 5-7 business days. Please note that delivery time does not include Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays.

2. Are there any shipping discounts available? Orders over $150 qualify for free USPS shipping, while orders under $150 incur a flat rate of $10.00 for USPS shipping. Orders may ship in multiple shipments.

Is there a charge for orders picked up in store?

No, there is no charge for orders picked up in store.

International Shipping

Do you offer international shipping?

At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

Returns and Exchanges

1. How do I initiate a return or exchange?

2. What are the guidelines for returns and exchanges?

  • All returns and exchanges must be postmarked within 30 days of delivery.
  • Merchandise must be in its original condition, unworn, and with all tags attached.
  • Items with signs of wear, makeup, deodorant, animal hair, cigarette smoke, or unusual smells will not be accepted.
  • Return postage is paid by the returner, and shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • Undergarments, Strap-Its, and shoes are final sale and not eligible for return.
  • We are not responsible for damages that occur during the care of an item, such as dry cleaning, washing, or wear.
