Shipping Information
We will ship all in-stock items usually within 48 hours of receipt via the U.S. Post Office. Delivery time will vary by your location. Please allow 4 - 8 business days for delivery, excluding holidays and weekends. Patchington is not able to ship to APO, AE or PO boxes. Items may be shipped in more than one package, in which case multiple tracking numbers will be sent in your shipping notification.
Orders being shipped via Express Service, will be shipped via Federal Express. Please keep in mind that this service does not pick up or deliver on weekends, but will deliver on the next business day. Federal Express cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes. Patchington is required by law to collect sales tax on all orders shipped within the state of Florida.

Next Day Express and 2 Day Express Orders must be received by 10:00 a.m. EST to ship out the same day. Express orders received after 10:00 a.m. EST will ship out the next business day using the Express Service selected.
Shipping Outside United States
If you're shipping to a a country outside the U.S., your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once your package reaches your country. Patchington does not collect duties or import taxes and we can't predict what your particular charges may be. For more information regarding custom policies, please contact your country's local customs office. Please note that returns will be subject to your country's duty/tax policies as well. All prices are stated in U.S. dollars.
